We believe that sporting challenges have the ability to inspire people and change communities. It is that sole belief that drives us to deliver the best event facilities and organisation as possible. This belief is what we hope you share with us when signing up.
Sometimes, even after having bought your spots, you might encounter unforeseen circumstances that will make you withdraw from the race or want to transfer to the next year, this is what this page is for, and to keep our belief and to want you to keep on coming back, we would encourage you keep within the cut-off times as specified below. Any written requests after the cut-off times specified below will not be accommodated.
Any cancellation or transfer application may be done in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation / Withdrawal policy
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that they inform Tri-Pakistan by emailing us at email@example.com with the subject line ‘CANCELLATION’, in due course to ensure a fair chance of us to process your cancellation. Please make sure to add in your name, contact details and purchase receipt. The cut-off are as follows:
Any requests received before 5:00 pm GMT - 31 January 2020, will be eligible for a 50% refund of their event ticket price.
Any requests received before 5:00 pm GMT - 15 March 2020, will be eligible for a 25% refund on their event ticket price
Any requests received after 5:00 pm GMT - 15 March 2020, will NOT be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
Any additional purchases (add-ons) will not be refundable at any time.
If you are willing to transfer your race date to any proceeding year or other race organised by Tri-Pakistan, please make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘TRANSFER’, with your name, contact details and purchase receipt.
Cut off date for transfers to the next year is 26 June 2020.
